Weather Change and Date Change Policy 

At The Balance Bounce Fest, we strive to provide a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all our attendees. However, certain situations beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, may require us to modify event dates or activities. This Weather Change and Date Change Policy outlines our approach to handling these situations and what you can expect if changes occur.

1. Weather Change Policy

While we aim to proceed with the event as planned, The Balance Bounce Fest is an outdoor event and is subject to weather conditions. Our priority is the safety of our guests, staff, and participants. In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rain, extreme winds, or lightning, the following measures may be taken:

a. Event Postponement or Delay

• If weather conditions pose a risk to the safety of attendees or impact the operation of attractions, we may temporarily delay or postpone the event. Notifications will be sent out via email, social media, and our website as soon as possible.

• Delays could range from a short wait to a rescheduled time later in the day, depending on the weather forecast and conditions.

b. Event Cancellation Due to Severe Weather

• If severe weather conditions make it impossible to safely continue the event, The Balance Bounce Fest may be canceled for the day.

• In such cases, we will provide information on any potential rescheduling or refunds (refer to our refund policy).

2. Date Change Policy

The Balance Bounce Fest reserves the right to change the event date(s) due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather issues, venue restrictions, or other factors that may impact the safe and successful execution of the event.

a. Notification of Date Changes

• If we must change the event date, we will notify all ticket holders as soon as possible via email, social media platforms, and our website.

• Affected ticket holders will be given the option to attend the event on the new date, and their tickets will automatically be transferred.

b. Options for Ticket Holders

• Ticket Transfer: Tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. No further action is needed on your part.

• Ticket Exchange: If you are unable to attend the new date, you may exchange your ticket for a different upcoming date or session of The Balance Bounce Fest, subject to availability.

• Refund Request: In the event that you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

3. How You Will Be Notified

In case of any weather-related changes or date adjustments, we will communicate with you through the following channels:

• Email Notifications: Sent to the email address you used when purchasing your ticket.

4. No-Refund for Minor Weather Disruptions

Please note that minor weather disruptions such as light rain, wind, or temperature fluctuations will not result in cancellations or refunds. The event will proceed as planned unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe for participants.
